Service contract options designed to meet your needs
At the expiration of the warranty period, River Diagnostics offers its customers professional maintenance support programs, based on a number of services. These services provide a wide range of technical assistance from telephone support to on-site emergency repairs. We offer three maintenance programs, in which the service level ranges from basic instrument health monitoring to shared maintenance up to full service.
The services we offer are designed with quality assurance in mind. Customers operating under GLP guidelines will find our preventive maintenance services, such as Remote Instrument Health Monitoring, especially attractive.
Our goal is to keep our customers’ instrument capabilities up to the current state of the art for skin analysis, allowing them optimal utilization of their instrument in combination with reducing the cost of ownership.
Our services, which are the elements of our maintenance programs, are:
- Remote instrument health monitoring in support of GLP and QA
standards; - Technical telephone support;
- Preventive maintenance visits;
- Corrective maintenance visits;
- Factory repair, rebuild, or replacement of defective components;
- Provision of spare and replacement parts;
- Loan and/or exchange of major components to minimize instrument down time;
- Software upgrades.
Note: Application software enabling new data analysis techniques, extension of databases, and application consultation are not included in service offerings, but can be offered on request.
