River Diagnostics’ area of expertise is, the development and application of innovative instrumentation, measurement protocols and data analysis techniques for in vivo and ex vivo characterization of cells and tissues by Raman spectroscopy.
Partnerships are an important element in River Diagnostics’ business development. Our technology licensing and partnering strategy is aimed at forging partnerships that will optimally support the further development and market access of River Diagnostics’ know how and proprietary technology and on extending River Diagnostics’ leading position in Raman spectroscopic characterization of cells and tissues.
We search for companies with technology, products, or product ideas, which can benefit from or complement River Diagnostics technology and expertise, or which can provide access to new markets.
River Diagnostics is especially interested in partnering with companies and organizations active in the following areas
- (in vivo) Medical diagnostics
- Biotechnology and drug development technology (especially in
the area of cell-based assays and cell-based production
platforms)
Such partnerships can take the form of:
- Development and OEM-supply of Raman-based technology for
dedicated cell or tissue characterization. - Joint development and marketing of products
- Joint R & D projects with academic partners, to develop and
obtain access to technology and expertise that can progress our
internal development programs.
