Gerwin Puppels - CEO:
Gerwin co-founded River Diagnostics in 2002. He has over 20 years of experience in academic/industrial development and biological/clinical application of Raman technology with over 100 publications, patents, and patent applications to his name.
He has a part time position as associate professor at the Erasmus MC, with which the company has a close R&D-relationship, and holds a Ph.D. in Applied Physics.
Ad Prins - CFO:
Ad joined River Diagnostics in 2005. He has over 20 years of experience in senior management positions and as a consultant dealing with international business planning and finance & business administration in ICT industry, trading companies and other businesses.
Michael Rumbin - President and General Manager River Diagnostics, Inc. 
Michael joined River Diagnostics B.V. in 2007. He has over 25 years experience in clinnical diagnostics. Michael earned a bachelor's in chemistry from Drew University, Madison New Jersey. He has a master's in chemistry from Villanova University, Villanova PA, and a certificate in business administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, PA.
He is responsible for the Microbiology Bussines Unit in Rotterdam.
