Rapid Strain Typing and Epidemiology
SpectraCell RA® enables the epidemiologist to determine when to initiate an investigation into:

- Persistent agent versus new strain infections.
- Point out sources of hospital acquired infections, contaminated areas, and vectors of transmission.
Rapid Strain Typing Capability
Using one basic protocol, SpectraCell RA® is capable of
descriminating clonal relationships for:
